At GlobalKits.store, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience for all customers.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

orders may already be processed, prepared, or shipped and can no longer be canceled after ordering.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers may request a return within 7days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions below.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be in original condition

  • Items must include original packaging

NON-ELIGIBLE RETURNS

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Customized products

  • Incorrect size selected by customer

  • Minor stitching/thread variations

  • Damage caused after delivery

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong item was sent by us.

We strongly recommend using tracked shipping for returns.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
